I am a multitalented marketing manager with experience in the fields of healthcare, residential real estate, hardware and home improvement, and consumer packaged goods (CPGs).

At the American Medical Association, I led marketing efforts for AMA Credentialing Services. Our customers included hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, specialty medicine practices, managed care groups, and more. My work helped the service line acquire new customers and re-engage existing customers, as well as reinforce the AMA’s position as a leading provider of credentialing data. I was also proud to serve as a board member for one of the AMA’s employee resource groups. In December 2022, I was nominated for the AMA’s Rookie of the Year Award by multiple colleagues in the Health Solutions division.

As the marketing manager at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) from 2018 to 2022, I developed and executed marketing campaigns for TV, radio, digital, print, direct mail and out-of-home advertising. I served as a brand ambassador to internal team members and external partners, representing IBJI’s values and helping drive the company mission–helping our patients move better, live better.

With Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) from 2015 to 2018, I developed new websites for the launch of NCH’s Digestive Disorders Center, Cancer Center and Neuroscience Center. The redesigned landing pages led to +127% increase in unique page views. I produced summary KPI reports for senior leadership to track growth and shape business strategy. Additionally, I collaborated with the C-suite, physicians, and service line leaders, to increase employee engagement and drive patient conversion. I was also honored to serve as a member of the MyChart committee and help improve patient experience.

When I joined IGA in 2013, I became the creative lead for IGA’s new in-store and digital marketing program, IGA Performance Insights. I created more than a dozen national marketing campaigns for IGA supermarkets and several CPG partners. More than 500 IGA stores used the campaigns monthly to increase sales.

The marketing campaigns that I created for IGA supermarkets increased sales in 500+ stores across the country. The campaigns consisted of point-of-purchase (POP) signage, print advertisements for retailers’ weekly circulars, coupons, digital advertisements and social media graphics.

One such campaign produced an 18% sales lift for all IGA brand products, nationwide, in a two-week period.

Another campaign of mine was IGA’s second-most successful brand campaign of 2014. It led to average sales lifts of +123% for IGA peanut butter and +162% for IGA jelly, in two weeks, in the top 100 IGA stores. Nationwide, shoppers redeemed the offer more than 4,000 times.

I have worked with many of the world’s largest CPG companies: The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft Foods Group, Nestlé USA, The J.M. Smucker Company, P&G, Unilever, and many others.

I am proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, certified in Google Analytics and fluent in Spanish.
